A delicious and creamy parsnip mash combining parsnips, apples, and Kippari smoked cheese. This dish is an excellent side for fish. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 50 g butter - 1 onion
- 800 g parsnips
- 1-2 tart apples
- 250 ml Kippari cooking cream
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of black pepper
- About 1 tablespoon fresh or dried thyme
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a pan. Sauté the chopped onion until soft. 2. Add the peeled and diced parsnips to the pan. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until they begin to soften.
3. Stir in the Kippari cooking cream and the peeled, diced apples. Mix well.
4. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes, until the parsnips are tender and the cream has slightly thickened. Stir a few times during cooking.
5. Season the mash with salt, black pepper, and thyme.
6. Serve as a side dish with fried or oven-baked fish.
