A deliciously unique muffin with a hint of spice from Turkish pepper candies. Perfect for a sweet treat!

Ingredients:

- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g butter (melted)
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl Turkish pepper candies (chopped)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
2. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar.
3. Add the melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
4. Crack the eggs into the mixture and stir well to combine.
5. Gently fold in the chopped Turkish pepper candies.
6. Divide the batter into the muffin liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delightful Turkish pepper muffins!
