A delicious cake that brings the spirit of Christmas with its sweet flavors, perfect for festive gatherings.

Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g milk
- 200 g mixed dried fruits (e.g., apricots, figs)
- 100 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt).
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until smooth.
6. Chop the dried fruits and nuts into smaller pieces, then fold them into the batter.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
9. Allow to cool before serving. Dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
