A delicious and moist dessert perfect for celebrations or coffee breaks. Preparation Time: Over 60 minutes
Serving Size: 10-12 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate- 150 g butter
- 3 dl sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth and combined.
3. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until fluffy. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture while stirring constantly.
5. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan before serving.
