A festive cake perfect for holiday celebrations. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 10-12 slices
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons lemon or orange juice
- 150 g sugar (1½ dl)
- 50 g almond flour
- 1½ dl raisins
- 1½ dl figs, diced
- 3 eggs
- 200 g butter, softened
- 25 g candied fruit
- 200 g (2 dl) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
1. Dice the figs into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Gently fold in the flour-coated raisins, diced figs, and almond flour.
5. Stir in the lemon or orange juice.
6. Combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder, then add to the mixture, stirring until just combined.
7. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
