Ingredients:

- 4 pork chops (about the size of a carrot)
- 1 can sliced pineapple
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Sweet Potato Fries:
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chili Mayonnaise:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 tablespoons sriracha (or other chili sauce)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fries. Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, until crispy.
2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chops on both sides until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes per side).
3. Add the pineapple slices and shredded cheese on top of the chops. Cover the skillet and let cook for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
4. Prepare the chili mayonnaise by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice in a bowl.
5. Serve the Hawaiian pork chops with sweet potato fries and chili mayonnaise.
