- 2 medium zucchinis
- 200 g soy strips

- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the zucchini noodles using a spiralizer or a knife. Set aside.
2. Cook the soy strips according to the package instructions and drain well.
