This creamy fish sauce made with pike and leeks is a delicious way to enjoy a light meal. Perfect over potatoes or pasta!
Ingredients:
- 200 g pike fillet
- 1/2 leek
- Fresh dill
- 2 tbsp flour
- Milk or cream
Instructions:
1. Slice the leek into thin rings and chop the fresh dill.
2. In a pan, cook the pike fillets in butter until golden brown. Remove the fish from the pan and chop it into small pieces.
3. Add the leek to the same pan and sauté until it softens.
4. Sprinkle the flour over the leeks and mix well.
5. Gradually add milk or cream, stirring until the sauce is smooth and thickens.
6. Finally, add the pike pieces and dill to the sauce. Stir and heat for a moment.
7. Serve the sauce over potatoes or pasta.
