A delicious and exotic dish where pike is cooked to perfection with coconut milk and grated coconut. Perfect for summer evenings or special occasions. Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 banana leaf- 1.5 kg pike
- 100 ml coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- 100 ml grated coconut flesh
Instructions
1. Clean and dry the pike thoroughly.2. Rub salt and grated coconut into the inside and outside of the pike.
3. Wrap the pike tightly in the banana leaf.
4. Before sealing the package, pour in the coconut milk.
5. Cook the package over hot coals or in an oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
6. Let it rest for a moment before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
