A delightful Easter brunch that brings the feeling of spring to your cottage getaway. A perfect combination of flavors to please friends and family. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs - 200 g cream cheese
- 100 ml sour cream
- 100 ml chopped chives
- 100 ml cherry tomatoes
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 bag mixed salad greens
- 100 g smoked salmon fillet
- 1 French baguette
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs hard (about 10 minutes) and let them cool. 2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Slice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
4. Peel and slice the cooled eggs.
5. Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
6. Slice the baguette and arrange all the ingredients on a serving platter.
7. Serve with the mixed salad greens and drizzle olive oil over the top.
