Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- A pinch of salt
- Yellow food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl.2. Add the oats, milk, honey, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, grated carrot, and salt. Mix well.
3. If desired, add yellow food coloring to the batter for a brighter hue.
4. Fold in the nuts gently into the batter.
