Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons harissa chili paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together harissa chili paste, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the chicken thighs in the marinade and ensure they are well coated.
3. Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or preferably for a few hours.
4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
5. Grill the marinated chicken thighs for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
6. Serve the grilled chicken with a warm kale salad and additional harissa sauce on the side.
