A delicious and spicy grilled chicken marinated in aromatic harissa chili paste. This recipe is perfect for summer grill parties!

Ingredients:

- 4 chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons harissa chili paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the harissa chili paste, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
2. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
3. Place the chicken thighs in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
4. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
5. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
6. Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
7. Serve warm with a kale salad and extra harissa sauce if desired.
