Ingredients:
- 200 g smoked salmon - 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dl heavy cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the smoked salmon.2. In a bowl, combine the smoked salmon, cream cheese, and lemon juice.
3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and gently fold it into the salmon mixture.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Spoon the mousse into serving bowls and garnish with fresh dill.
6. Serve chilled as an appetizer or snack.
