Description: Stuffed peppers are a delicious and nutritious dish, perfect for a weeknight dinner or a festive table.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers (various colors)
- 300 g ground beef (or chicken)
- 100 ml rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (400 g)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 100 ml grated cheese (e.g. cheddar)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
2. Add ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
3. Cook rice according to package instructions and stir into the meat mixture.
4. Slice the peppers in half vertically and remove seeds. Place in a baking dish.
5. Fill the peppers with the meat and rice mixture, then pour crushed tomatoes over the top.
6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the stuffed peppers.
7. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes until the peppers are soft and the cheese is melted.
8. Serve warm.
