A delicious and aromatic seafood soup featuring fish and shrimp, enhanced with saffron for a unique flavor.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g fish (e.g., salmon or cod)
- 200 g shrimp
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 l fish stock
- 100 ml cream (or plant-based cream)
- 1 tsp saffron
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion, garlic, potatoes, and carrot.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large pot and sauté the onion and garlic until they are soft.
3. Add the potatoes and carrot to the pot, and cook for a few minutes.
4. Pour the fish stock into the pot and bring it to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes are almost tender.
5. Add the fish and shrimp to the soup. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
6. Stir in the cream, saffron, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and heat through.
7. Serve the soup garnished with fresh dill.
