A delicious and fluffy Finnish cake, perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the batter, alternating with the milk.
5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container.
