A delightful Finnish cookie recipe that's quick to make and perfect for any occasion.

Serving Size: 24 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 dl cream or sour cream
- 6 dl all-purpose flour
- 3 dl sugar
- 3 dl potato flour
- 200 g melted butter
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing quickly without beating.
2. Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet using two spoons.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) until the cookies have set but are not yet browned.
4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
