Ingredients:
- Rye bread
- Butter
- Smörgåsost (Swedish sandwich cheese)
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Smoked salmon
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Arugula
- Fresh dill
Instructions:
1. Start by cutting the rye bread into small pieces or cubes.
2. Spread butter on each piece of bread.
3. Place a slice of smörgåsost on top of the butter.
4. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and add them on top of the cheese.
5. Add the smoked salmon on top of the eggs.
6. Slice the cucumber and tomato, and arrange them as a garnish on the sandwich.
7. Finally, add a handful of arugula and sprinkle fresh dill on top for flavor and color.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy the open-faced sandwich at your Midsummer festivities!
