Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne) - 200 g fresh spinach
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some pasta water. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Allow to simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce. If needed, add a little reserved pasta water to achieve a creamy consistency.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
7. Serve the pasta warm, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
