Ingredients:
- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, mixing well to combine.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
7. Scoop small portions of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
8. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until set.
9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
