A delicious and spicy recipe that offers the perfect blend of chicken and Habanero chili. Grilled chicken skewers are a great choice for summer gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients:

- 600 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 dl Santa Maria Hot Habanero marinade
- 1-2 fresh Habanero chilies
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for about 30 minutes before grilling)

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into long strips.
2. Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and pour the Hot Habanero marinade over them. Mix well and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
3. Chop the fresh Habanero chilies into small pieces, removing seeds if desired to reduce heat.
4. Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and add the chopped Habaneros and olive oil. Mix well.
5. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers, alternating with Habanero pieces.
6. Grill the skewers over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning regularly until the chicken is cooked through and nicely browned.
7. Season with salt before serving and enjoy!
