Ingredients:

- 400 g unseasoned beef strips
- Oil
- Water
- 3 tsp Bong Touch of Taste veal stock
- Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp white pepper, freshly ground
- Pappardelle pasta (about 300 g)

Instructions:

1. Brown the beef strips in a splash of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add water, veal stock, salt, and both peppers to the skillet. Stir well.
3. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 60 minutes, until the meat is tender.
4. Cook the pappardelle pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
5. Serve the pappardelle warm with the beef sauce on top.
