- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 100 ml red wine
- 200 ml beef broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 100 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or cashews), chopped
- 2 spring onions, sliced
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.2. Add chopped onion and crushed garlic, sauté until soft.
