Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate - 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- Fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, bananas, apples)
- Cubes of bread or marshmallows for dipping
Instructions:
1. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl. 2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it begins to steam, but do not let it boil.
3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate pieces and stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
4. Add the vanilla sugar and mix well.
5. Serve the chocolate fondue warm with fruits, bread, and marshmallows.
