Grilled Grouper Surf & Turf with Lime Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
- 400 g grouper fillets
- 200 g large shrimp
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare the lime mayonnaise by mixing the mayonnaise, lime juice, and lime zest in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
3. Season the grouper and shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Grill the grouper for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink.
6. Serve the grilled grouper and shrimp with the lime mayonnaise. Garnish with fresh parsley.
