Ingredients:
- 3-4 sweet potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 liter game broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Halloumi cheese cubes (for the skewers)
- Game meatballs or venison meatballs (for the skewers)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
4. Add the sweet potatoes to the pot and pour the game broth over them. Cook for about 20 minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender.
5. Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Prepare the game skewers by combining halloumi cheese cubes and game meatballs or venison meatballs. Grill or pan-fry the skewers until golden brown.
