Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
