Grilled Cheese Sandwiches Two Ways

Delicious grilled cheese sandwiches prepared in two different styles, perfect for a Friday night treat or any time you want to indulge! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of white bread - 200 g Black Label cheese
- 200 g cheddar cheese
- 200 g ham
- 4 tbsp green tomato marmalade
- 4 tbsp mustard sauce
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat and add butter.2. Take 4 slices of bread and spread butter on both sides.
3. Place one slice of bread in the skillet and layer with Black Label cheese, ham, and mustard sauce.
4. Top with another slice of bread and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side as well.
5. Repeat the same process with cheddar cheese, ham, and green tomato marmalade.
6. Allow the sandwiches to cool for a moment before cutting into serving pieces. Serve warm.
