This delicious grilled steak recipe is perfect for a festive meal and easy to prepare for a large group. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 kg beef entrecôte steaks- 1 dl olive oil
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.2. Cut the steaks into about 2-3 cm thick slices and place them in the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade and let them come to room temperature.
4. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach the desired doneness.
5. Allow the steaks to rest for a few minutes before serving to let the juices redistribute.
6. Serve the grilled steaks with grilled vegetables and salad.
