Ingredients:
- 1 cup green beans - 2 bell peppers
- 1 cup zucchini
- 100 g tofu
- 1 cup mini corn
- Tomato marinade
Instructions:
1. Marinate the steamed green beans and cubed tofu in the tomato marinade for at least 2 hours. 2. Use a vegetable peeler to slice the zucchini into thin strips.
3. Assemble the skewers by alternating green beans, tofu, bell peppers, zucchini, and mini corn.
