Delicious and juicy grilled ribs that will impress with their flavor and texture. Perfect for summer barbecues or special occasions. Preparation Time: 2 hours

Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork ribs - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane and cutting them into smaller pieces if desired. 2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3. Rub the marinade onto the ribs and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
4. Preheat the grill to medium heat and place the ribs on skewers.
5. Grill the ribs for about 1-1.5 hours, turning and brushing with additional marinade during cooking.
6. Once the ribs are beautifully golden brown and crispy, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a moment before serving.
