Ingredients:
- 1 slice of whole grain bread
- 1 slice of Emmental cheese (27-30% fat)
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1 tsp margarine (40% fat)
Instructions:
1. Toast the whole grain bread if desired.
2. Spread margarine on top of the toasted bread.
3. Place the slice of Emmental cheese on top, followed by the tomato slices.
