Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef (80/20)- 2 hamburger buns
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado
- 1 small red onion
- 1 dl arugula
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Shape the ground beef into two patties and season with salt and black pepper.2. Heat a grill or frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until perfectly cooked.
3. Add the cheddar cheese slices on top of the patties during the last minute to melt.
4. Meanwhile, slice the avocado and red onion.
5. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
6. Lightly toast the hamburger buns until golden brown.
7. Assemble the burgers: spread the mayonnaise mixture on the inside of the buns, add the cheeseburger patty, sliced avocado, red onion, and arugula.
8. Close the burgers and serve immediately.
