A delicious recipe that brings the flavors of Gotland home. Tender beef ribs are full of flavor and easy to prepare. Serve the ribs with friends or family and enjoy together!

Ingredients:

- 1 kg beef ribs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
3. Add the seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper) to the marinade and mix well.
4. Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow to marinate for about 30 minutes.
5. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for about 1.5 hours, until the ribs are tender.
6. Remove the foil and increase the temperature to 200°C (400°F). Bake the ribs for an additional 15-20 minutes, until they have a beautiful golden-brown crust.
7. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
Serve the ribs with cornbread and chutney. Enjoy!
