A fresh and colorful salad that brings the beauty and flavors of alpine flowers to your summer meal. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Serving size: 4.
Ingredients:
- 100 g fresh salad leaves (e.g., arugula or iceberg lettuce)
- 50 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 1 dl colorful wildflowers (e.g., autumn crocus, dandelion, clover)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the salad leaves and wildflowers thoroughly in cold water. Gently dry them.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber.
3. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
4. In a large bowl, combine the salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, nuts, and wildflowers.
5. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients well.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing alpine salad!
