A delightful gluten-free cake perfect for celebrations, layered with a rich caramel filling.

Serving Size: 10-12 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 dl gluten-free flour blend
- 2 dl sugar
- 1 dl butter (softened)
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl caramel sauce
Decoration:
- Light green frosting
- Small white flowers (e.g., sugar flowers)
- Royal icing dots
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Pour in the milk and mix until combined.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour blend, baking powder, vanilla sugar) and gradually add to the batter. Mix until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool.
7. Once cooled, slice the cake into two or three layers.
8. Moisten the cake layers with caramel sauce and spread caramel filling between the layers.
9. Assemble the cake and cover it with the light green frosting.
10. Decorate the cake with small white flowers and royal icing dots.
