Description: A healthy and crunchy snack made from various seeds, perfect for enjoying alone or with your favorite spread. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 dl sunflower seeds
- 1 dl white sesame seeds
- 1 dl black sesame seeds
- 0.5 dl flaxseeds
- 4 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons dried nettle (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
3. Add 1.5 dl of water to the mixture and stir well. Let it sit for about 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the water.
4. Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown.
6. Allow to cool before cutting into pieces.
7. Enjoy them plain or with your favorite spread!
