Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pour 1 liter of water into a large pitcher or bottle.
2. Squeeze the juice of the lemon, orange, and lime into the water.
3. Add chia seeds to the water and stir well.
4. Allow the drink to sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the chia seeds swell.
5. Serve chilled, and you can add fresh mint leaves for garnish.
