Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons barley grains - 1 liter water (for boiling)
- 3 lemons
- 2 liters water (for preparation)
- 0.5-1 dl sugar (to taste)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Boil the barley grains in 1 liter of water for about 30 minutes. 2. Drain the cooked barley and rinse it under cold water.
3. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and mix it with 2 liters of water.
4. Add the sugar to the lemon water and stir until dissolved.
5. Incorporate the drained barley into the lemon water.
6. Let it cool in the refrigerator.
7. Serve with ice cubes.
