Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pour water into a bowl and add chia seeds. Stir well to prevent the seeds from clumping together.
2. Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes until the chia seeds absorb the water and form a gel-like consistency.
3. Add lime or lemon juice and honey or agave syrup to taste. Mix well.
4. Serve the drink chilled. You can enjoy it as is or add ice cubes for extra refreshment.
