A delicious and healthy homemade granola perfect for breakfast or snacks. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: Makes about 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 1 dl seeds (e.g., sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds)
- 0.5 dl honey or maple syrup
- 0.5 dl canola oil or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 dl dried fruit (e.g., raisins or cranberries)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and cinnamon.
3. Add the honey, oil, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are coated.
4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the granola is golden brown, stirring halfway through.
6. Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool. Then, mix in the dried fruit.
7. Store the granola in an airtight container. Enjoy it with yogurt or milk.
