Delicious and easy apple crumble that comes together quickly without flour. Crunchy oats and nuts make it a delightful dessert or snack. Preparation Time: 5 minutes + 30 minutes baking
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g small apples (5-6 apples)- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 dl pecan nuts
- 1 dl gluten-free oats
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp cardamom
Instructions:
1. Wash and slice the apples, removing the core. Peeling is unnecessary.2. Arrange the apple slices in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle half of the maple syrup over them, then mix gently.
3. Chop the pecans into coarse pieces. In a bowl, combine the chopped pecans, oats, butter, cardamom, and the remaining maple syrup. Mix with your hands until it forms a crumbly texture.
4. Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the apple slices.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes, watching to ensure the crumble doesn’t get too dark.
