A delicate chanterelle and bacon pasta that's a perfect autumn treat, combining flavorful mushrooms and salty bacon. This dish is quick to prepare and offers a delightful taste experience.

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 250 g Schär Fusilli pasta
- 1 l chanterelles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 20 g butter
- 75 g bacon
- 30 g cream cheese (e.g., Koskenlaskija)
- 2 dl heavy cream

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
2. Melt the butter in a pan and add the chanterelles and onion. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
3. Remove the chanterelle-onion mixture from the pan and crisp up the bacon (cut into smaller pieces if desired).
4. Add the chanterelles back to the pan with the cooked bacon once it's crispy.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and add the cream cheese. Let the mixture simmer gently until the cheese has melted.
6. Combine the sauce with the pasta and mix well.
