A delicious and nutritious pasta that combines the bounty of the forest: blueberries and chanterelles. Simple and quick to prepare, perfect for a summer evening dinner.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 200 g fresh chanterelles
- 150 g fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve about 100 ml of the cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a moment until golden.
3. Add the chanterelles to the pan and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and golden brown.
4. Gently add the blueberries to the pan and cook for a few more minutes until they start to soften.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. If needed, add reserved cooking water to reach your desired sauce consistency.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce and heat briefly.
7. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh herbs.
