Ingredients

- 2 dl Greek yogurt
- 2 dl Provena Jumbo Oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 dl milk
- Seeds from 1 vanilla pod
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 dl chopped strawberries
- 6 tbsp plain cream cheese
- Juice and zest of 1 organic lemon
- Fresh strawberries for serving
- Provena granola for serving

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, Provena Jumbo Oats, chia seeds, milk, vanilla seeds, salt, and honey.
2. Add the chopped strawberries, cream cheese, lemon juice, and zest. Mix well until combined.
3. Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Before serving, garnish each portion with fresh strawberries and serve alongside Provena granola.
