These Ghost Coconut Pops bring a fun and delicious atmosphere to your Halloween party. Easy to prepare, these coconut treats are shaped like ghosts and decorated with white chocolate. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 pops
Ingredients:
- Coconut Treats:- 1 egg
- ¾ cup sugar
- 100 g shredded coconut
- 50 g melted margarine
- Ghost Cloak:
- melted white chocolate
- Eyes & Mouth:
- pieces of licorice
Instructions:
1. Whisk the egg and sugar until fluffy.2. Add the shredded coconut and melted, cooled margarine. Mix well.
3. Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming small mounds.
4. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for about 10 minutes, until the treats are lightly golden brown.
5. Allow the treats to cool slightly and shape them into ghosts, making a hole for the stick.
6. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the coconut treats.
7. Attach the licorice pieces as eyes and mouth.
8. Let the chocolate set in the refrigerator. Insert the sticks and serve.
