Ingredients:
- 200 g ramen noodles
- 1 l chicken or vegetable broth
- 200 g sliced chicken or tofu
- 2 boiled eggs
- 100 g green onions
- 100 g bamboo shoots
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nori seaweed for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the chicken or vegetable broth in a pot, then add the soy sauce, miso paste, and sesame oil. Let it simmer gently.
3. Add the sliced chicken or tofu to the pot and cook until the chicken is done or the tofu is heated through.
4. Divide the noodles into deep bowls and pour the hot broth over them.
5. Top each bowl with boiled eggs, green onions, and bamboo shoots.
6. Garnish with nori seaweed and serve immediately.
