Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti - 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
5. Stir in the cooked spaghetti, parsley, and lemon juice, mixing well to combine.
6. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
