A delicious and luxurious dish that combines fresh pasta with high-quality caviar in a unique way. Perfect for special occasions or when you want to treat yourself and your loved ones.

Serving Size: 2-4 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g fresh pasta
- 50 g caviar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 dl cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the fresh pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain the pasta and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until soft, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the cream to the pan and mix well. Allow the mixture to warm, but do not let it boil.
4. Toss the cooked pasta in the pan with the cream sauce. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little reserved cooking water.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the pan from the heat.
6. Gently fold in the caviar on top of the pasta, taking care not to break the caviar.
7. Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh dill before serving.
